V-measuring weir pit
The V-measuring weir pit is a durable and insulated measuring pit designed for flow measurement in open channels using a V-weir plate. The pit is suitable, for example, for measuring water flow in industry, environmental monitoring, and wastewater systems.
The pit shell is made from Kennorol pipe, whose structure includes an air gap between pipe layers that acts as insulation. This design makes the pit durable and highly heat-insulating.
The pit has a hinged and lockable insulated cover as well as an additional insulation panel under the cover. Measurement is done with a 90-degree V-weir plate featuring a measurement scale for flow monitoring.
The pit is equipped with a maintenance platform, lifting lugs, and inlet and outlet connections, which facilitate installation and maintenance.
