Parkanon Muovituote Oy, Business ID: 0934715-8, address: Fennokatu 10, 39700 Parkano, Finland, sells products to companies and adults residing within the EU. These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through our online store and to similar deliveries.
These terms and conditions are valid from January 1, 2024. We reserve the right to update the terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review them each time before placing an order in our online store.

The characteristics and prices of the products available in our online store are presented alongside each product. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the final price in your shopping cart before confirming your order. All product prices include applicable taxes, which will be shown in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the product (e.g., weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total order amount. You can view the shipping costs in your shopping cart before finalizing the order.
Ordering and Contract Formation
You can place orders on our website by adding products to your cart, confirming the order, and completing the payment via the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to our current terms and conditions. You understand that your confirmed order is binding and constitutes a contract between you and us, except where otherwise stated regarding the right of cancellation.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods shown in the online store and available in the shopping cart.
Payment Service Provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Order and Payment Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, so please make sure to provide a valid email address. The confirmation will also state the selected payment method.
If we are unable to confirm your order for any unexpected reason, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Right of Cancellation and Return Policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product or the last shipment, or in the case of recurring deliveries, the first shipment.
The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example using our cancellation form, via the email address provided below, or by including a written notice with the returned product.
The right of cancellation only applies if the returned products are unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed for return shipping.
If the purchase is cancelled, the product must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice to the return address provided below. The customer must provide proof of return upon request, e.g., with a receipt. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
When returning a product, please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for the refund.
We will refund your payment promptly in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

Return Policy
Our products are subject to a 14-day return and exchange policy, excluding custom-cut pipes and plastic sheets. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must cover the return shipping costs. You can initiate a return via your customer account on our webshop or contact our representative:

Inspection, Errors, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during shipping, incorrect, or otherwise faulty, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the product, so we can arrange for a solution. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory defect liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of Liability
Parkanon Muovituote shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages related to orders, deliveries, or products, except as stipulated by mandatory provisions in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding orders primarily through mutual agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first.
If a dispute concerning the purchase contract cannot be resolved through negotiation, consumers may take the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before bringing a case to the Consumer Disputes Board, consumers must contact the consumer advisory service at their local register office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
