We have moved to electronic invoicing and prefer to receive invoices primarily in electronic form. If your company cannot provide e-invoices or send invoices by email, you may send paper invoices to the scanning service address.

We do not accept invoices at our visiting address.

2.Receiving invoices by email to the scanning service

 

We hope you send only invoices to this address. Invoices are sent to the service as PDF attachments via email, and invoice attachments must be in the same file as the invoice itself.

You can send multiple invoices in one email as long as each invoice is a separate PDF file. All files must have different names.

• PDF files must be genuine PDF documents (PDF version 3 or newer).
• PDF files must not be locked or password protected
• The document's outer dimensions can be a maximum of 210 x 297
• Allowed characters in attachment names are common writing characters, a-z, A-Z, 0-9. Please do not use special characters or spaces when naming attachments.

 

3. Receiving invoices by mail to the scanning service

 

Address details must be complete on both the invoice and the envelope to ensure the invoice can be forwarded quickly and reliably to the recipient.

• Please send only these to the scanning address. These mails are automatically read into our company's accounts payable, and no other materials (such as receipts, business gifts, credit cards, and tickets) will reach the recipient through this channel.
• Please preferably use only black text on a white background: it provides the clearest result for invoice data recognition
• Please do not use staples on documents sent to the scanning service
