Sealable overflow pipe, completely PE (Polyethylene) structure.
The dam can be closed with a padlock so that no one can accidentally open it.
There is a V-dam plate at the discharge end, from which you can measure how much higher the water surface is than the bottom of the V-opening. This height can be used to calculate the water flow.
