Hot tub transport in Tampere and surrounding areas
We deliver the hot tub cart directly to your desired address in Tampere and nearby areas – and pick it up again after the rental period ends. You don’t need to worry about transportation or return. We also clean and disinfect the hot tub after your rental. You only need to take care of filling and heating it.
Please note that the delivery location must be easily accessible by the hot tub cart. The hot tub cart is about 2.5 meters wide, so there must be enough space along the route and at the parking spot to get it through.
We leave the hot tub cart at the agreed location. If you are present and want, we can provide brief usage instructions if needed.
How the rental process proceeds:
1. You book the hot tub for your desired time in our online store.
2. We will contact you to arrange the pickup or delivery time and place (by phone or email).
3. We deliver the hot tub and set it up ready for use.
4. You connect the hot tub to the power supply so the pump and refrigerator work.
5. You fill the hot tub with water and start the heating with the push of a button. Diesel is included in the price.
6. You drain the hot tub after use, and we pick it up at the agreed time.
Filling & Heating
Pressure & Connection Cable
Open the hot tub cover just enough to remove the cord from inside the tub. Plug the cord into your own power outlet so the hot tub can get electricity. It is also recommended to keep the cover on the hot tub during the heating phase, as this significantly reduces heat loss and water evaporation, and helps the hot tub warm up faster.
Filling
Fill the hot tub with water. Note that people always displace a bit of water, so estimate the amount of water based on the number of guests.
Heating
When the hot tub has water AT LEAST up to the seat, you can open the heater door with the key you received from the key storage, and turn on the heater by pressing the On/Off button. Adjust the temperature up and down using the arrows.
Clear & Reset
Clear
Make sure that you have turned off the heater and unplugged the power cord from the wall. There is a drain pipe on the front of the hot tub; remove the "protective cap" from it and attach the fire hose. Remove the plug located at the bottom inside the hot tub. Drain the hot tub and place the hose and plug in the accessory box.
Final sales
Lower the power cord inside the hot tub and put the tarp back over the hot tub. Send us a message when the hot tub is ready to be picked up.

Keys
In the email you receive on the day of your reservation, you will find a code to open the key safe. It is located next to the stairs.
Accessory box
The keys to the accessory box can be found in the key safe. Inside the box, you will find all the necessary tools, such as jerry cans, a drain hose, and other accessories.
Automation
The hot tub heating starts and stops with the press of a single button. The device is equipped with an automatic air vent, meaning that if the diesel tank has run empty, the device removes air from the hoses, etc. Sometimes this may take a few attempts before the device starts running.
Protective equipment
All our electrical systems are protected as a precaution by a residual current circuit breaker combination. In case of a fault, you can open the cover and check that the protection has not tripped. The sockets can be used.

Inside the heater, located at the bottom right, there is a residual current device specific to the heater. If the heater is not working, press this reset button.
Frequently Asked Questions
Transportation service
We offer transportation services in Tampere and the surrounding areas. The hot tub's "starting point" is Lielahti in Tampere. We deliver Finland's largest trailer hot tub to the location and set it up. You only need to fill the hot tub with water and turn on the heating. After use, you empty the hot tub, and we pick it up as agreed.
Rental periods
The minimum rental period is 3 days and the maximum rental period is 7 days. We deliver and pick up the hot tub according to the agreed schedule during the rental period.
Heating time
Due to its large size, it heats up (4°C - 38°C) in about 6-7 hours, depending on the prevailing weather conditions.
Number of people
The hot tub seats 8 people. So there are at least 16 seats. The structures of the cart and the hot tub are custom-made to withstand heavier loads.
Refueling
Our hot tubs always start the trip with a full 30-liter tank and two spare jerry cans. If the fuel is not enough for the entire rental period, additional diesel can be obtained as needed. This way, the hot tub is always ready to use immediately!

All our hot tubs are inspected, roadworthy, and insured for your and our safety.
Where can I take the hot tub?
Memory only within the borders of Finland as long as you return the cart on time.
Do I need electricity to use the hot tub?
Yes, you do need it. For example, the pumps in our hot tubs require some power to operate. We recommend mains electricity, but connecting to a generator is also possible if you have one. Our hot tubs require a maximum of about 1000 watts at 230V to function. The average power consumption is significantly lower.
Does the hot tub need to be cleaned?
We wash and disinfect the hot tub after every rental. Please remember to keep it clean during use.
