DELIVERY POLICY
Effective from 12 June 2026
1. General
This delivery policy applies to orders placed in the online store of Parkanon Muovituote Oy.

2. Delivery area
We deliver orders to Finland and the EU.
Not all products, delivery methods, or payment methods may be available in all delivery areas. The available delivery and payment methods are shown at checkout when placing the order.
Orders paid by Walley B2B invoice / Walley business invoice are delivered only to a Finnish delivery address or pickup location approved by Walley during the payment process.
3. Delivery costs
The delivery costs charged for an order depend on the products, order size, weight, packaging method, delivery address, and selected delivery method.
Delivery costs are automatically added to the order total. The customer can see the delivery costs at checkout before confirming and paying for the order.
4. Delivery methods
We deliver orders using the delivery methods available in the online store at any given time. The available delivery methods are shown at checkout when placing the order.
The delivery method may be, for example, parcel delivery, delivery to a pickup point, home delivery, freight delivery, or another delivery method suitable for the order.
Oversized, long, heavy, or products requiring special packaging may be delivered as freight or using a separately agreed delivery method.
5. Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are generally 2–14 business days for stocked products, depending on the order and delivery method.
Delivery to the EU generally takes 4–21 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.
The delivery time for products cut to specified dimensions, made-to-order products, products manufactured separately, oversized products, and freight shipments may be longer. The more precise delivery time will be provided in connection with the product, order, or order confirmation.
If delivery of a product is significantly delayed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Orders from consumer customers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act concerning delivery times. If delivery is delayed, consumers have the rights provided by law.
6. Order processing
Orders are generally processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the following business days.
Order processing begins once the order has been confirmed and payment has been approved by the selected payment service.
If an order cannot be processed due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer, we will contact the customer. In such cases, delivery may be delayed.
7. Made-to-order and custom-made products
Some products can be cut, manufactured, or modified according to the dimensions, specifications, or needs provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the dimensions, quantities, material information, and other details provided in the order are correct. Parkanon Muovituote Oy is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect dimensions or information provided by the customer.
Pipes cut to specified lengths, plastic sheets cut to specified dimensions, and other products manufactured or modified according to the customer's requirements are not subject to the right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act, unless the product is defective.
8. Orders Paid by Walley Business Invoice
Orders paid by Walley B2B invoice / Walley business invoice are delivered to the Finnish delivery address or pickup location in Finland approved during Walley's payment process.
Orders paid by Walley business invoice are delivered using a trackable delivery method. We reserve the right to verify the order, payment approval, delivery details, and delivery address before dispatching the order.
As a rule, Parkanon Muovituote Oy will not change the delivery address or pickup location after Walley has approved the payment. If the delivery details need to be changed, the matter will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Walley's terms and the selected delivery method.
9. Shipment Tracking
If the delivery method includes a tracking number, the customer will receive tracking information by email or through the system used when placing the order once the shipment has been processed.
The customer must monitor the shipment's arrival and collect it within the specified time if the delivery method requires collection.
10. Uncollected Shipments
Failing to collect the shipment does not constitute a cancellation notice.
If the customer does not collect the shipment and it is returned to us, we may charge the customer the actual costs incurred for the return, reshipment, and handling.
A consumer customer must submit a cancellation notice in the manner described separately in the return policy, for example via the online store's Cancel order function, by email, or using the cancellation form.
11. Inspecting the Delivery
The customer must inspect the delivery as soon as possible after receiving it.
If the shipment has been damaged in transit, the customer must file a damage report with the carrier in accordance with the carrier's instructions and contact our customer service as soon as possible.

12. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to deliver an order in several installments if some products are temporarily out of stock, delivery requires separate shipments, or a partial delivery is otherwise appropriate.
We will notify the customer of partial deliveries in advance whenever possible.
13. Customer Service
For questions regarding deliveries, our customer service is available on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00.
